As part of the schools ‘All Ages Mindfulness Programme’ the pupils of P6 made the short trip up to Carn Court on a Friday afternoon. Along with some of the elderly people of Roslea they took part in some light meditation followed by a cup of tea or coffee and some chit chat. The pupils really enjoyed the experience with many stating this was their first ever experience of meditation.
