Primary 3 have really enjoyed lots of practical and hands on learning during Maths Week. We started off with a warm up Number Trail outside, then we got to consolidate our addition and subtraction by making our own number lines and going on a Sum Bug Hunt in the school gardens. We were able to work together to sort 3d Shapes and we finished off the week with some brilliant team work, using Izaq 9 to help us add 3 numbers to total 10, 15 and 20. The most challenging part was putting all the pieces of the cube back together again, but we worked together to get the job done!
